Auditioning, character identification, and setting personal & career goals:
You’ve auditioned again and again but are unable to land that great role. Maybe you’re confused about your next step altogether. You ask yourself “Do I have what it takes to succeed in this field?”
Actor and director Tia Ballard teaches you the do’s and don’ts of auditioning, and how to set clear objectives. You’ll learn how to quickly grasp character types and identify them, make clear choices for the roles you’re reading for, and present yourself in an approachable and professional manner. You will leave with a working knowledge of the audition process from both actor and directing standpoints, as well as a workable action plan to achieve focus for long term growth and productivity.
Tia will also guide you on how to use your unique personality to craft a strong social media and convention presence. Think of it like a voice actor bootcamp. This class will motivate you and give you the tools you need to become accountable for your own success. This is a must for any actor.
